MWT/TEBT
MWT/TEBT is a casestudy in MWT Collaboration Architectures. As for all MWT Collaboration Architectures it defines everything that every collaborating individual has to share in order to collaborate for a particular endeavor. In the case the endeavor is a particular type of high-value, high-risk IT project called Technology-Enabled Business Transformation. Collaboration Architectures can never be bought. The collaboration architecture is never what you think everybody shares it's always what they actually share. However, through MWT Collaboration Architectures the process of building a deliniated shared understanding, an architecture of collaboration, can be great excelerated. Also, MWT Collaboration Architectures are intended to allow collaboration architectures to be re-usable. Remember a packaged collaboration architecture is not a delivery process. It doesn't tell individuals what to do - it merely provides a language for everybody involved to be able to communicate and negociate responsibilities. The MWT/TEBT Collaboration Architecture does however contain tools which can assist in negociating responsibilities and provides best practise approaches to some areas of technology-enabled business transformation which would otherwise only be derived from many iterations of negociations, mistakes, and failures.
