About this site

This is the official site of the ManageWithoutThem management model (MWT Model). It contains an overview of this unique and market-based approach to the management of organisations. It also contains a case-study of the MWT principles when applied to Technology-Enabled Business Transformation (TEBT) projects.

The MWT Model was developed by Matthew De George starting in 1998. This site first went live in 1999 and Matthew continues to maintain and update the site and the MWT Model. The site does not contain all material relating to the MWT Model. Additional material exists for inclusion in the ManageWithoutThem book. There is also material relating to the MWT Model and TEBT which Matthew brings to consulting engagements.
